For candidates already working in a school district under a conditional certificate NWED offers the flexibility and support to remain in their positions while completing program requirements. Candidates must complete all the same program requirements, but are given additional supports in the field under the guidance of our experienced coaches.  We work with districts across the state, including small, remote districts.
